Meet the Team
Damon Hawkins – Licensed Adjuster since 2005, former President of Hawkins Roofing, Inc. with 50 years of Roofing and Construction experience in the North Texas area. He took a break from the Roofing & Renovations side to become an Insurance Claims Professional to help people through their most difficult times after major disasters. Over time, the Insurance Companies seemed to focus on profits rather than paying claims. He thought it was time to get back on the Restoration side and help people through their claims process. Damon is considered an Expert in his field with decades of experience. Damon is an Inventor and has developed a revolutionary safety product that saves lives. His safety gear helps keep workers from falling off roofs.
Matthew Bonner – Seasoned professional with a passion for construction and a commitment to excellence. Licensed Insurance Adjuster since 2014. Has traveled from coast to coast helping homeowners with their insurance claims including everything from hail damage to water damage from slab leaks and pipe bursts. When not climbing roofs, Matthew loves spending time with his wife Sarah and two girls Tessa and Scarlett. They enjoy road trips and attending Texas Rangers games. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering superior results, Matthew plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the maximum benefits from their insurance coverage.
Alex Hawkins – SMU Graduate with a Marketing focus. Past owner of several successful businesses and an Insurance Adjuster since 2008. She is a Managing Partner here at Hawkins Roofing and Renovations and Co-owner of SteepGear. She enjoys her Standard Poodles, running half marathons and working out.
